An Update on our Covid-19 Response

WE ARE BACK!

And nothing is more important to us than your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our tour guides. That is why we have made special preparations to keep your tour safe.

• All of our motorcycle sidecars and equipment (interior, helmets, etc.) will be disinfected thoroughly between each tour.

• All riders, guide and customers, must wear face coverings during the entire tour.

All of our tours are private. Our sidecar itself can fit two passengers, and the driver/guide sits at a distance, in a much higher position than the passengers. So the only person you will come into close contact with during the tour is your travelling companion. The open top seating also ensures circulation of fresh air, so we are confident these steps can keep everyone safe.

WORRY FREE BOOKING

Nobody can predict the future, and we want to make your booking worry free. In case your trip is cancelled due to COVID-19, rest assured, we will work with you to take care of your needs.

• If you booked with us directly through the website and wish to push back your tour date, your down payment will be transferred over 100%. Should you decide to cancel your tour, we have also waived all cancellation fees and your down payment will be fully refunded.

• If you booked our tour through a third-party, such as Tripadvisor, please visit their respective website for re-booking and cancellation policies, as they are beyond our control. As far as we know, they are also offering flexible booking policies if your travel is impacted by COVID-19.
