Thank you for considering Pegasus Sidecar Tours. It is a privilege to serve you, and to show you our beautiful city! Pegasus Sidecar Tours strives for excellence in service. We will be happy to tailor a tour to your specific needs and request, whether it be for a birthday, wedding, proposal, special date, or any other occasion – please feel free to contact us via email with the details, and we will be happy to provide you with a detailed quote.
On very rare occasions, it is possible that a tour might have to be canceled due to special circumstances; Pegasus Sidecar Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if deemed necessary. Should the need arise for us to cancel your tour, you will have the option to reschedule at a later date, or receive a full refund. All riders must sign a liability waiver and a standard participant agreement.
Helmets are mandatory, and will be supplied by Pegasus Sidecar Tours for fee. Due to local regulations and equipment limitations, we unfortunately cannot transport children under the age of 8, or individuals weighing over 280lb.
The guide reserves the right to assign seating as to distribute the weight properly. Thus, all passengers must wear closed toe shoes.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, however, they are transferable, between any of our tours and any of our locations, so feel free to share the love!
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately prior to the start of your tour, and we accept all major credit cards as well as cash.
The tour fees cover the fully narrated, private tour, fuel, insurances, use of helmet, bottled water and any photos the guide takes on that day. Video can be purchased for an addition fee of $30.
Pegasus Sidecar Tours will not be liable for any loss or expense caused by loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of any tour, however it might be caused. If sickness or accident interrupts a tour, Pegasus Sidecar Tours shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising there from, and will not be liable for any refund, either partial or total, of money paid.
Severe Weather Policy
Although it rarely rains in Southern California, we are fully prepared to ride it through - all sidecars feature a removable convertible top, and our amazing tour guides happen to be waterproof!!!
However, if there is a severe weather warning including heavy rain or very hot weather (above 100F/38C degrees) on the day of the tour, you can decide to either:
1. Elect to take the tour at a later time or date agreed by Pegasus Sidecar Tours or use the credit available towards a future sidecar tour.
2. Elect to take the planned tour regardless of the weather conditions if the guide deems it safe to do so.
3. Elect to cancel your tour and accept a full refund if your tour has not started.
If a customer decides to begin with the tour, Pegasus Sidecar Tours will have no financial obligation towards the customer should the weather deteriorate during the tour.
Cancellation Policy
We keep it simple - we are so confident you will love your tour that we offer an easy cancellation policy - no fees of any kind!
Cancel anytime before your scheduled tour without suffering any fees. Tours that have already started will carry the full tour fee regardless if customer decides to end it early.
Delayed Pick-up policy
Pegasus Sidecar Tours allows for a 30-minute leeway of the agreed pick-up times. If the client or group exceed this leeway, we may choose to either withdraw our sidecars & terminate the tour at full cost to the client, or agree to wait, with an additional charge of $50 per 30 minutes being added to the cost for each bike delayed.
